Warning! Spoilers for Predator's new comics by Marvel Comics
Following a long delay after the initial announcement Predator was joining the Marvel Comics universe, the publisher has finally started to roll out its plans for the character's much-anticipated debut. Marvel unveiled a series of variant covers starring the Predator, where he takes on the likes of the Hulk, Spider-Man, and Captain America. For those who've been waiting for the deadly Predator to appear, the covers are a great tease at the potential mayhem the iconic character could cause.
Nearly two years ago, Marvel Comics gained the comic book rights to the iconic film monster/horror franchises, Alien and Predator. Initially, the publisher went full steam ahead in announcing new books based on the movies, but as anAlien series came out, Predator was slowly shelved — even after debuting a handful of variant covers featuring the villain. However, after Disney settled a copyright lawsuit, the long-gestating project was revealed to be back on with Ed Brisson and Kev Walker teaming up for a new Predator series. Ahead of the Predator's arrival, Marvel is teasing the character across their many upcoming titles, including Hulk andThor.

In a series of new variant covers from Marvel Comics starring The Predator, the deadly killer takes on some of the greatest heroes in the Marvel Universe. In alphabetical order, first up, Predator takes on Spider-Man, as he slices through his webs to take down the hero in a cover by Cory Smith for The Amazing Spider-Man #7.
