Pre-Registration for Survival Adventure Arida: Backland’s Awakening Now Live

At the start of last month we told you that Arida: Backland’s Awakening was heading to Android in the not-too-distant future. Well, that future is getting even more not-too-distant, because the game is now available for pre-registration on the Play Store.

The game sees you exploring the backlands of 19th century Brazil during a terrible drought. You’re playing a young girl named Cicera, and you’re trying to find your lost parents. So that’s a lot.

You’re going to be collecting resources, forging relationships with other characters and exploring the gorgeous-looking world to look for clues. Here’s a trailer.

There are secrets to uncover and stories to learn, and as well as the game you’ll be getting a digital artbook that’s full of behind-the-scenes tales about the creation of the game.

Arida: Backland’s Awakening is already in soft-launch in select countries, and a full release date should be coming soon. We’ll let you know as and when we hear anything else.
