Huggy Wuggy from indie horror hit Poppy Playtime has commandeered MMA fighter Connor Mcgregor’s yacht. Like the menacing Huggy Wuggy, Poppy Playtime’s popularity seemed to creep up on unsuspecting gamers, garnering quite the following amongst streamers since its 2021 Chapter 1 release.
One popular YouTuber, Jacksepticeye, actually cameoed in Poppy Playtime Chapter 2. Fans of Poppy Playtime Chapter 1 will remember Huggy Wuggy as the homicidal company mascot who ruthlessly pursued them through the abandoned Playtime toy factory.
While only appearing in Chapter 1, the reception Huggy Wuggy has received from gamers rivals the early days of fellow killer mascot Freddy Fazbear from Five Nights at Freddy’s.
