Throughout Jubilife Village in Pokemon Legends: Arceus, you will encounter several villagers that would like you to complete a variety or requests. To unlock this request, you will need to defeat the noble Pokemon located in the Coronet Highlands. This fight against Hisuian Electrode is the fourth noble Pokemon battle that you will encounter. After Electrode has been defeated, Leif, Duna, and Tarush will appear in the southwest section of Jubilife Village, arguing about Burmy. If for some reason, you don't see the request marker on your map, you can find them near the southern gate near the guardhouse.
