Every month, Pokemon GO hosts a special Community Day event to not only help players better complete their Pokedex, but also help them get their hands on more shiny Pokemon. April 2022 featured two separate Community Day events for Pokemon GO players to participate in, with one being a Community Day Classic starring Mudkip and the other featuring the debut of Generation 7 Pokemon Stufful.

Alolan Geodude has been readily available in Pokemon GO for quite some time, but this event will make it much easier for players to get a shiny version of the Pokemon.

As usual, the next Pokemon GO Community Day will also feature paid Special Research that players can buy into if they so desire. For $1.00, Pokemon GO players can complete the exclusive A Rocky Road Special Research story.
