It's rare to see an Android flagship that sells for $899, and for several months Google's Pixel 6 Pro stood out as somewhat unique in that space, but now the OnePlus 10 Pro has arrived as a challenger. OnePlus has long held the line at offering advanced features for an affordable price, and the latest model holds true to that strategy, making this an exciting matchup.
The Pixel 6 Pro is a revolutionary product for Google, and the company acknowledges that with its statement that this is the first all-Google phone. Although the Pixel brand launched in 2016, following Google's Nexus phones which were first released in 2010, this is indeed the first completely Google phone. What's different about the Pixel 6 series is that Google engineered this phone all the way down to the silicon chip that powers it, Google's Tensor processor.

With the recent introduction of the OnePlus 10 Pro, the Pixel 6 Pro has a new low-cost challenger. These are excellent 6.7-inch phones with attractive prices, and choosing between them won't be easy. Both feature three rear cameras, with Google offering a higher resolution, four times optical zoom at 48 megapixels, versus the OnePlus' 8-megapixel 3.3 times camera. OnePlus easily wins in the ultra-wide camera category with a 50-megapixel sensor with a vast 150-degree field of view. By comparison, Google's 12-megapixel ultra-wide is relatively narrow, spanning just 114 degrees, the Pixel 6 Pro's only weak spot when it comes to photography.
