Hello Games has consistently pushed out No Man's Sky patches for fixes and improvements after major updates to ensure a smooth playing experience. With patch 4.06, the aim is similar, to address issues raised by players ever since the Waypoint Update.
The latest major addition, Waypoint, brought several new features along with an overhaul of multiple mechanics and graphics in No Man's Sky. The auto-saving feature and the mechanics of the Trade Rocket make No Man's Sky's players' lives easier, while the update has also revamped UI, tweaked visual effects, added a new milestone system, and more.
Patch 4.06 in No Man's Sky brings about a plethora of fixes, including issues with plaque & abandoned building interactions, planetary Drop Pod missions, item stacks, scaling of starship shield strength, inventory, and plenty more.
