A new No Man's Sky update, titled Endurance, overhauls the space survival game's freighters and fleet system. Over the last several years developer Hello Games has improved and expanded the game into a truly remarkable cosmic sandbox. The title's last piece of new content was the No Man's Sky Leviathan update, which added a flying space whale for players to tame, and now Endurance is improving the game's largest ships.
No Man's Sky is a space survival game where players explore an incredibly vast universe of essentially limitless procedurally generated planets. While the game launched without many of its promised features, Hello Games has added a huge range of different gameplay opportunities and mechanics to No Man's Sky over time. Thanks to these post-launch updates players can explore together in multiplayer, experience the game in virtual reality, upgrade their starship over time, discover alien settlements and more. In October a new version of No Man's Sky on Nintendo Switch and PS5 will bring the title to new platforms, and Hello Games is committed to delivering even more free content.
