A Minecraft player has created a bestiary that showcases all of the game’s creatures in the order they were released. Despite being over 10 years old, Minecraft is still one of the most played games in the world and maintains its record of the best-selling video game of all time. Since its initial release, developer Mojang has added a plethora of mobs into the game. The studio even allows its playerbase to vote on which new Minecraft mob will be added into the game first.
The selection of mobs that have been added in Minecraft is pretty wide, ranging from passive mobs that players may be able to breed or tame, to hostile mobs that players have to be wary of being attacked by. There are also Minecraft mobs that are incredibly difficult to defeat, such as the Ender Dragon and the Wither, which require players to be fully prepared before they face off. One such mob is set to be released sometime this year with the game’s upcoming 1.19 update. Minecraft Java Edition’s Deep recently released Dark Experimental Snapshot 1, which gives willing players a preview of what to expect with the 1.19 update, and introduced Minecraft’s terrifying new Warden mob that’s somehow so hard to kill that it’s even able to withstand lava for a full minute.

Reddit user HeeyMonster showed off their Minecraft creature bestiary in a video on the game’s subreddit. The bestiary is divided into each of the game’s major updates and consists of strips of land with different floor tiles to differentiate them.
