Marvel has teased a new owner of the Avengers Tower since Spider-Man: Homecoming, and there's a possibility that the owner secretly changed. In addition to beingTom Holland's first solo outing as Spider-Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Homecoming also revealed that Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) was moving on from the Avengers Tower.
"Tony sold Avengers Tower. We're relocating to a new facility Upstate," Happy Hogan (Jon Favreau) tells Holland's Peter Parker in Homecoming.
