Tori and Zach Roloff from Little People, Big World will share an update on Jackson's leg surgery in the next episode, as the mother of three notes in a preview that something is «wrong.» Jackson has been suffering from bowed legs due to his achondroplasia. Like his father, Jackson must undergo surgeries to help straighten them out.
Little People, Big World fans have been kept up to date with all of Tori and Zach's family issues, including with Jackson. Many have taken a vested interest in the 5-year-old because he is so active on the family farm. Jackson has not let anything slow him down and can often be seen using his scooter and helping out with the animals on Roloff Farm. Now with the new season underway, fans are getting an in-depth look at how hard some of the surgeries to maintain a good quality of life can be.

Thanks to a preview clip shared by ET, viewers will be able to see how Jackson is recovering from his surgery, which took place in December 2021. The clip shows both Tori and Zach very concerned about their little boy's recovery, telling the cameras, «There is legitimately something wrong.» According to the parents, Jackson is not progressing how the doctors said he would. Naturally, Tori is worried that Jackson isn't healing right, with Zach telling Amy Roloff that their son should be back to «normal.»
All three of Zach and Tori's children have achondroplasia, which is a type of short-limbed dwarfism. This is not Jackson's first surgery, as he already underwent a procedure last year to help correct his legs.
