Recent leaks have claimed that League of Legends is releasing a new skin that could cost players $130 to obtain. Even though it was released over 10 years ago, LoL is still one of the most popular online games in the world, with over 100,000 people playing the game on a monthly basis. Netflix’s Arcane: League of Legends series only helped bring in many new and returning players ever since it was released late last year, while new League of Legends champions help to keep the game fresh, and ensure fans have something exciting to delve into.
League of Legends developer and publisher Riot Games has rolled out a whole plethora of characters and optional skins for them in the game ever since it was launched. The champion skins that have been released for the game have ranged from ones that are more comedic, such as Teemo’s popular Cottontail skin, to others that include an entire backstory to them, such as the skins released for the game’s Ruined King saga. However, even though there are now over 1,300 skins available in the game, it seems one League of Legends character has been forgotten when it comes to the number of skins available.

League of Legends leaker Big Bad Bear (via Dexerto) claimed in a recent tweet that Riot Games plans to release a new Eclipse line of skins in patch 12.8, which will apparently include an Eclipse Senna Prestige Edition 2.0 skin that will cost players over 18,000 RP or around $130. To be clear, the alleged new skin will not be available at a flat price but will instead require players to purchase 25 event capsules, which cost around 750 RP each and will total to about 18,750 RP.
