The release of Kirby and The Forgotten Landis creeping closer, and with it the release of related amiibos. Restocks of these amiibos have been popping up on Amazon's website without much warning ahead of the game's release.
After the first Kirby game was released in 1993, the love for the franchise has continued to grow for the games and Kirby himself.Kirby and The Forgotten Land is the newest game coming to the Kirby video game franchise. The gameplay follows in the footsteps of Super Mario Odyssey with a bigger, more open world and with its own Kirby flair.
Kirby and the Forgotten Land Will Have Amiibo Support
For fans looking for restocks of the Kirby and The Forgotten Land amiibos, Destructoid reports that Amazon has been getting some restocks in waves, and mostly at random. Kirby amiibo restocks include the blue-base Kirby figure (on a star), blue-base Meta Knight, the Smash edition of King Dedede, and Waddle Dee. While others have since been sold out by now, or have been posted at a price higher than MSRP, Waddle Dee is available in Japanese packaging. These restocks are recirculating due to recent CPSIA certificates that extend to a total of five reprints including Byleth and the four already mentioned. More could come later, so collectors should keep an eye out.
This information would mainly be for those who collect amiibos since they won't be very useful in Kirby and The Forgotten Land. Destructoid goes on to advise that the amiibos will mostly be used for bonus items in the game rather than anything else amiibos have been used for in the past, such as The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword recently.
