A report by Sleep Junkie has shown that using certain applications just before bed affects sleep quality. As per the report, out of the 2012 Americans surveyed over three quarters that is around 78 percent have admitted to doing a form of ‘revenge sleep procrastination’, using their phones right up until falling asleep, which has a major impact on quality of sleep.
