HP Pavilion laptops have got some new 2022 upgrades in the performance department! As with most Windows laptops this year, HP has given the Pavilion range the new Intel 12th Gen processors. Not only that, these Pavilion laptops have also got NVIDIA’s new GeForce MX series graphics cards. Other than the Intel chips, HP is also using the AMD Ryzen 5000 series processors for those who seek performance on a budget.
The all-new Pavilion series consists of the HP Pavilion 15, HP Pavilion 14, and HP Pavilion x360 models, all of which are designed with the environment in mind. HP says the laptops feature an all-metal body made of recycled aluminum and consist of plastic parts made from ocean-bound plastics.
The new HP Pavilion 15 is equipped with an EyeSafe certified display that is embedded into the display and keeps users' eyes comfortable by displaying an always-on blue light filter. It is integrated directly into the display, eliminating the need to modify settings or worry about a compromised colour experience.
The Pavilion 15 weighs 1.75kg which makes it one of the more portable laptops to work with. Inside, you get the latest 12th Gen Intel processors along with adaptive battery optimizer for optimum performance, says HP. The laptop also features a full-size backlit keyboard. The Pavilion 15 offers an 85 percent screen-to-body ratio (STBR) with 100 percent sRGB display and TNR capability. Additionally, the device supports Microsoft High Dynamic Range (HDR) streaming and comes pre-installed with High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC) on FHD panel options. Bang & Olufsen provides the audio system's power, ensuring a clear and crisp volume output.
