Apple is celebrating the Pride month this June with some announcements for the Apple Watch. As part of the latest additions to the Apple Watch ecosystem, users can join in the celebration by purchasing the new Apple Watch bands dipped in the LGBTQ community colours. The regular band has a white background while the Nike version of the same has a black background. These, however, cost almost the same as the usual collection of Apple bands and if you want to join in on the celebrations, you can simply try out the new watchface.
Unlike the bands, the new Pride edition watch face is free to download and use for all users of the Apple Watch. And the best part is that you don't have to download any update or add it from any external store. It is already available in the Watch app on your iPhone starting today and we will show how you can apply the new watch face on your Watch device.
The Apple Watch Pride Edition watchface is currently available to download and use on all the devices running on watchOS 8.6. Hence, users of the newest Watch Series 7 will be able to use the Pride watchface. Additionally, users of the older Series 6 and Watch SE will also be able to use it, provided they have the latest watchOS downloaded. Users of Series 5, Series 4 and Series 3 will also be able to download the watch face.
