Celebrating Holi with Snapchat followers and friends has become even more interesting! The app has introduced Holi special themed AR Lenses, Gulaal Bitmoji, curated Holi playlists, Holi themed content and much more. Snapchatters can now add specific location-based filters to photos (geofilters) from across 500 different locations and 32 different cities in India. Besides, Snapchat users can even make their day special with the ‘Holi Beard’ lens. The app has added special festival lenses to wish Holi to loved ones in different languages.
Apart from the Snapchat app, these Lenses are also available on partner devices like Samsung Fun Mode and Google Camera Go. Not only these, but the app has also added Community Lenses on Maps in India. You can now activate these Holi special Lenses created by the Snapchat Lens Network community members on Snap Maps directly.
Moreover, the festival-themed content has also been made available across Discover and Spotlight platforms. The app has special lenses along with a dedicated Holi song for users to incorporate in their Spotlight videos. Users can even use the Holi AR Lenses on ‘Snap Camera’, the desktop application, to add a Holi twist to their virtual look.
