Guild Wars 2: End Of Dragons - Every Mastery Point Location In New Kaineng City
New Kaineng City is the central city of Cantha, introduced in Guild Wars 2: End of Dragons. This grand city is filled with huge structures and statues made from jade. In New Kaineng City, you will also find several Mastery Insights that you can commune with for one Mastery point.

In this guide, we are going to take a look at each Mastery Insight found within New Kaineng City, as well as how to get to them. Prior to setting out, you will need to have a glider, a Springer, and a Jade Bot. If you have played through all the expansions until now, you should have these masteries unlocked.
First up, we have the Ancient Vault Insight. This Insight is tucked in the top righthand corner of the map within Old Kaineng. From the Lutgardis Waypoint, you can travel through the canals all the way back to the Ancient Vault point of interest until you reach a dead end. This area will have a bridge stretched diagonally across it.
Once here, dive into the water. The Insight is near the floor of the canal on a small stone ledge.
The Jade Monument Insight is one of the easiest to find. From the Promenade Waypoint, just head north and you will see this Insight at ground level, near the base of the giant Jade Monument.
The Lutgardis Market Insight is a bit tricky to find. From the Lutgardis Waypoint, head north towards the location marked with a star. This is on a platform near the Hero Point, that can be accessed by going up a staircase or using your Springer.
Once you reach the top, you can use the zipline to carry you across to a new platform. From here, use your Springer to hop between buildings until you reach the Insight.
