polygon.comGenshin Impact’s Golden Apple Archipelago has returned for the “Summertime Odyssey” event in patch 2.8. The area is temporary and will only be around for the patch, but it’s teeming with quests, puzzles, and free loot, so you’ll want to complete as much as you can before it goes away.
Just like all the other Genshin Impact events, different parts of “Summertime Odyssey” will roll out over a number of days, so not everything will be completable right away.
The event brings Xinyan, Kazuha, Fischl, and Mona together with the traveler to enjoy a fun beach vacation, while also solving some mysteries along the way. Fatui agents have appeared on the islands, so the gang has to figure out what the deal is and why they’re around.
