In Genshin Impact, Eremite is a mercenary group of desert folk. Players should have come across them a few times, whether it's throughout the land as an enemy, or around Sumeru City as a part of the Corps of Thirty. Unlike the hostile ones, the Corps of Thirty is in charge of peacekeeping within the Dendro Archon's city.
