While most five-star bows serve as signature weapons for a character, the Elegy for the End is a unique item that can be used by almost any support character in Genshin Impact. Its passive effect, The Parting Refrain, can increase the party's Elemental Mastery by 100-200 and ATK by 20%-40% (based on refinement level). The best character to use this weapon is probably the Anemo Archon Venti since his Elemental Burst Wind's Grand Ode can easily trigger this passive effect.
