The current double banner re-run featuring Raiden Shogun and Sangonomiya Kokomi is ranked second behind Raiden's first banner which was released back in update 2.1. Even though she's the third released Archon, Raiden Shogun has already surpassed her colleagues — Venti and Zhongli.
Since her release, Raiden Shogun has become a must-have character, and it's safe to say that she's played a huge role in shaping the current meta. She's considered to be the strongest support character in Genshin Impact at the moment, on par with Zhongli and Kazuha.
