Patch 10.2 has been revealed, with Guardians of the Dream featuring a brand new legendary weapon — a two-handed strength axe called Fyr'alath the Dream Render! No details have been revealed just yet as to how players will obtain it, though the axe is said to have been wielded by Fyrakk himself, the teaser makes it sound like it will be earned via some kind of quest chain rather than dropped.

We've been listening to feedback from the Embers of Neltharion update, and we hope that we can provide something that players really feel like they can earn the axe over time and feel really rewarded for their time in raid.

While two-handed strength wielders have seen a number of special effect weapons over the years, this will be their first legendary weapon since Shadowmourne in Wrath of the Lich King almost 14 years ago!
