Square Enix's long-running MMO Final Fantasy XIV has brought in more than 24 million users since its debut.
That's according to director Naoki Yoshida – as reported by IGN – who told media at a digital preview event that the game had hit this milestone 11 years after its initial release.
Said 2010 launch was somewhat of a failure, with Final Fantasy XIV being met with something of a negative reception. In 2013, a new version – A Realm Reborn – was released to a much more positive reaction.
