Highly anticipated projects such as the second part of the Final Fantasy 7 Remake were unveiled, as was the remake of prequel game Crisis Core: Final Fantasy 7. The prequel battle royale game, Final Fantasy 7: The First Soldier, was also given a spotlight during the showcase, revealing a number of updates for its third season.
Square Enix has been giving periodic updates and seasonal content for Final Fantasy 7: The First Soldier, with the third season providing a new weapon type, style class, and new series of cosmetics. These cosmetics pull from all corners of Final Fantasy 7's mythos, including its spin-off games like Crisis Core. Another set of cosmetics based on another spin-off, Dirge of Cerberus, is available for a limited time for fans to obtain.

These set of cosmetics are based on Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy 7's villainous faction the Deepground. More specifically, these skins are based on the most well known members of the organization, Weiss, Nero, Rosso, and Shelke, who are available in the Advanced Shinra Packs. Most of these skins have both male and female variations for players to wear in-game. These skins are available until August 31, with the official website stating these limited time items may be available again in future updates.
