The Suicide Squad, which released last August to uncommon critical acclaim for a superhero film, had an ensemble cast full of star turns, from headlining actors like Margot Robbie, John Cena, and Idris Elba, to character actors like David Dastmalchian and Alice Braga. But one newcomer to Hollywood movies, Portuguese actress Daniela Melchior, made a big impression on audiences in her breakout appearance as Ratcatcher II. Now, Daniela Melchior's career in Hollywood is set to continue in a big way as the actress has landed a role in Universal Pictures' Fast and Furious 10.
The Suicide Squad represented Melchior's very first appearance in an English-language film. Melchior will also appear in a Philip Marlowe biopic, Marlowe, alongside Liam Neeson (who plays Marlowe), Diane Kruger, Alan Cumming, and others.
