Famitsu has reported thatElden Ring is getting a two volume art book, with the books releasing at the same time on November 30. Together, the books will cover 800 pages of concept art that range from parts of the Lands Between to NPCs and weapons. There will also be a limited Ultra Edition, that will come with a fancy box for the books and a framed art print of the first Elden Lord Godfrey.
Other FromSoftware games have consistently released art books, but the two Elden Ring volumes will be the biggest art books yet (for comparison, Bloodborne's art book had 250 pages andDark Souls 3 had 350). The first volume will focus on NPCs, armor, and locations while the second volume is set to feature items, enemies, and weapons. While this release is only in Japan, fans are optimistic that a global release will eventually happen as well based on how Dark Souls art books have been treated.

The two books can be purchased separately, each for about 4,400 yen (about 31 dollars). The Ultra Edition costs 17,600 yen (125 dollars). While it is not confirmed, fans are hoping that interviews and behind-the-scenes information will be included in the two volumes, as interviews with the design team and director are typically a staple of such art books. There may be interviews with director Hidetaka Miyazaki and possibly George R.R. Martin in the books.
With how popular Elden Ring has been since its release, there is little doubt that the Ultra Edition may sell out fast. If and when a global version of the art books come out, there is the small possibility that they will be a little different from these versions. While not all fans may get these books
