A potentially game-breaking Elden Ring glitch lets Torrent, the player's loyal steed, run through the sky. FromSoftware's open-world role-playing game takes gamers to The Lands Between, a massive fantasy setting filled with powerful foes and hidden secrets. While the recent Elden Ring 1.03 update patch fixed many of the game's technical issues, the FromSoftware epic still contains its fair share of bugs.
While Elden Ring was widely praised upon release, the game did receive some criticism due to an array of technical issues. Shortly after launch players began reporting uneven frame rates, graphical issues and glitches that would outright break the game. One notorious Elden Ring glitch allowed players to combine the Fire's Deadly Sin spell with the Eclipse Shotel weapon to create a wide area of nearly instant death. Other bugs would see bosses fall through the floor to their death, resulting in a short but anticlimactic battle for the player. A peculiar Elden Ring horse arrow glitch even allowed one player to ride a giant's arrow, though this sadly led to a swift death.

A newly-discovered Elden Ring glitch, detailed by YouTuber EZScape Clips & VODs, allows the player to ride Torrent through the sky. The glitch requires that players ride Torrent uphill directly above a death plane, which will kill players that pass below it. Jumping off Torrent right before falling into the death plane will sadly kill the loyal horse, but summoning him again will let him walk across the air.
