Just a few hours into Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising is all it takes to start seeing CJ's efforts paying off across town. Even on the outskirts, her intrepid "scavenging" is helping to revitalize New Nevaeh in nifty ways, including bringing back the Farm.

New Nevaeh's fertile soil produces crops like wheat and nuts aplenty, which can, in turn, be used to help craft new recipes at the Tavern. Pretty cool synergy, right? Those recipes can really come in handy, too, upping the party's stats temporarily.
Seven main quests into Eiyuden Rising: Chronicle, CJ and Garoo will be faced with the unenviable task of dispatching the game's third boss, the Lode Golem. Destroying the monstrosity marks a pivotal point in the plot, as it leads to a short chain of follow-up main quests that cannot be postponed beginning with 'Into the Ruins'. You won't need to search the Runebarrows for long, because bandits will soon cause a right mess of the situation.
Fixing that mess means getting through the (very) brief 'The Mystery of the Menhir', which sends CJ and Garoo up to the surface. This is when 'On the Other Side...' unlocks. The farmer, Ayus, needs an Agricultural Seed in order to set himself back up for business. Well, that's not a tall ask, right? How much trouble could one little seed cause?
The answer depends on how much you struggled with the Great Tree boss battle, because you'll need to teleport to the Great Tree Glade signpost back at the forest. Or you could stroll through the whole zone, netting more experience and resources; at this point, it's probably the latter that's of more interest, however, as the enemies in this area won't exactly be richly rewarding you if you're level ten
