Today’s update for Disney Dreamlight Valley will include 100 bug fixes and improvements, according to the game’s patch notes.
The update rolls out today from 9am EST / 2pm BST, and adds Scar as a villager as well as a new Star Path.
However, it will also include fixes for many of the issues players have been reporting since the Early Access game launched on September 6.
Most notable of these are performance improvements for the PS4 and Switch versions of the game, and an improved cloud save system to prevent save file conflicts when playing on different devices.
Players annoyed at Donald Duck continually losing his temper will be happy to find that this happens less frequently, while Furniture Edit mode has been improved for controllers.
A number of quest bugs have also been fixed, which should allow some players to continue their progress if they’ve been stuck.
Players have also been reporting that objects and memory pieces have been spawning in locations where they can’t be retrieved – a number of these have now been fixed too.
