Gameloft has announced that Disney Dreamlight Valley‘s third major content update, A Festival of Friendship, will launch on February 16.
It has also released new artwork for the update (viewable above), which will add Mirabel from Encanto and Olaf from Frozen as new characters.
A Festival of Friendship will also extend the main story, explore the Frosted Heights biome, and add a new Star Path (Dreamlight Valley’s battle pass equivalent) themed around Disney’s 100th anniversary.
“As we gear up for our next update, make sure to tune in over the next few days for news on some of the notable improvements we are bringing to the game,” Gameloft tweeted.
The studio recently announced Disney Dreamlight Valley’s early 2023 content roadmap.
In April, the game will add a new realm from The Lion King and a fresh character in the form of Simba. Scar was introduced in the game’s first major update last October. The April update’s Star Path will be themed around Disney Parks.
Another free update will then arrive in early summer, continuing the main story and revealing who’s living in the pumpkin house.
Later in 2023, Disney Dreamlight Valley will add more characters, realms, clothes, decorations, furniture, and multiplayer.
