In all The Witch Queen madness we’d almost forgotten that there’s a new season too. It ties in heavily with the plot of Witch Queen, so Destiny 2 players won’t have to whip themselves between two competing plotlines.
The other great thing about Season of the Risen is that all these new weapons can be crafted at the Enclave. Once you’ve unlocked all the perks and gathered enough materials, RNG goes out the window, and you can craft exactly the weapon you want. Don’t know what god rolls to look for? Those who've been waiting for a Rapid-Fire Frame Pulse Rifle in the Kinetic slot can finally breathe easy. Piece Of Mind offers a little bit of everything, with PvE players likely to enjoy the Land Tank Origin Trait, while PvP players can choose between Heating Up, Perpetual Motion, Moving Target, and Elemental Capacitor. Harmony is a good all-purpose damage bonus if you can pair it with a decent special weapon like perhaps the new Glaive I've heard so much about. Since it's a Rapid-Fire Frame, even Focused Fury can work on this gun. Really, there's no bad roll here.

This Sniper Rifle isn't likely to unseat whatever you're using in the Kinetic slot. It's got less zoom than Long Shadow, which is a plus, but it lacks Triple-Tap for that extra boss DPS. Rapid-Hit and Focused Fury or Firing Line are your likely alternates here.
