Sepulcher is a relatively quick Lost Sector in Destiny 2 compared to some of the longer activities. This makes farming the area for exclusive Exotics ideal when it appears on rotation. Sepulcher is located in the Florescent Canal region of Savathun's Throne World. Guardians should be prepared to handle plenty of Lucent Hive inside the Lost Sector.
Before initiating the activity, players need to have the proper loadout ready because their equipment will be locked. Sepulcher contains a few Barrier Champions and a couple of Unstoppable Champions. The Exotic Linear Fusion Rifle Arbalest excels here because it intrinsically can pierce barriers. Guardians, in season 17, can also use the Piercing Sidearms or Anti-Barrier Pulse Rifle mod. SMGs, Auto Rifles, and Trace Rifles are all capable of stunning Unstoppable Champions this season. Destiny 2's Exotic Fusion Rifle Bastion is an alternate option for handling these elite foes. Additionally, Sepulcher has a Solar Burn, which increases all Solar damage dealt and received by 50%.

The Legend version of Sepulcher features the Fire Pit modifier. Whenever an Acolyte is defeated, they drop a fire pool that causes damage over time. Combined with the increased Solar damage they deal, thanks to the Burn, these foes are a major threat. Master difficulty adds the modifier Chaff, which disables the Radar inside the Lost Sector. This is not a huge problem because most enemies are easy to locate. Guardians have limited revives but gain more with each Champion's defeat.
Sepulcher starts out with a few Hive kneeling down, making them easy to take out. Entering the first room, Barrier Champions spawn in the back corners.
