Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles the 3D fighting game developed by CyberConnect2 based on the Demon Slayer franchise, has officially revealed its file size.
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicleswill release on June 10, 2022, for the Nintendo Switch and will have a download size of around 8.7GB. The game was previously launched on Windows, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S on October 15, 2021.

Nintendo Switch players can expect to download the Demon Slayer base game as well as all the content updates since it launched on other platforms. DLC included in the Switch edition will be a character unlock key for Kimetsu Academy Tanjiro Kamado, 16,000 Kimetsu Points, Butterfly Mansion Patient Wear, and Kimetsu Academy Summer Uniform Costumes.
Furthermore, Switch players who pre-order the game will also receive pre-order bonuses that include character unlock keys for Kimetsu Academy Nezuko Kamado, Kimetsu Academy Zenitsu Agatsuma, and Kimetsu Academy Inosuke Hashibira. Pre-order bonuses will need to be claimed within two weeks following the release date.
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles is adapted from the events of the first season of the anime series and Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba the Movie: Mugen Train. The game's single-player adventure mode follows Tanjiro Kamado, the series' protagonist, as he joins the Demon Slayer Corps as a new recruit and battles against various demons in an effort to avenge his slaughtered family and turn his surviving demon sister Nezuko back into a human.
