Age of Empires 4 is a magnificent throwback to the golden age of the real-time strategy game. It's essentially a reboot of stone-cold PC classic Age of Empires 2, and a perfect example of how games like this can tap into nostalgia without feeling like a cynical, money-grubbing rehash.
