The legendary killer doll and star of the eponymous show Chucky will debut at a San Diego Comic-Con panel with some surprise guests. SyFy's popular series about the murderous toy premiered last year and subsequently received an order for season 2. Chucky season 1, which canonically follows Cult of Chucky, reintroduced franchise characters like Tiffany and Andy, setting a precedent for other survivors to return. Actor Jennifer Tilly has already confirmed that the pair's children Glen and Glenda will appear in season 2, and fans speculate that other legacy characters may come back too.
Those characters could surprise San Diego Comic-Con attendees during Chucky's first-ever panel. Creator Don Mancini confirms that the series will host Back with a Vengeance: Chucky on July 23 in the Hilton San Diego Bayfront's Indigo Ballroom at 6:45 PM (PDT). TV Guide Magazine's Damian Holbrook will moderate the panel, which currently features Mancini, Chucky himself, and according to the creator, "a couple of surprise guests." Check out the post below:

Several integral legacy characters like Andy's mom Karen and detective Mike Norris have yet to premiere on the show. Since Mancini deliberately keeps the incoming guests a mystery in his post, these surprises will likely be new additions to the cast. They could be the newly-announced cast members led by Gina Gershon, but it seems unlikely given Mancini's secrecy.
