While prize passes offer exciting rewards, navigating the system can become cumbersome. There's a lot to navigate with three different currencies and a tiered reward system. There are a few different currencies to keep track of in Chocobo GP. Furthermore, some currencies, like Mythril, are directly related to the Prize Pass, while others, like Tickets, are not. So here's what you need to know:
The Prize Pass is Chocobo GP's version of a Season Pass. Purchasing the Prize Pass gives players exclusive rewards while playing the Chocobo GP mode. These rewards include additional Gil, team stickers, wallpapers, characters, ride models, cosmetic stickers, and more! If these goodies interest you, you can purchase a prize pass with Mythril in the shop.
However, when you go into the shop, you'll notice two different prize passes: a Premium and a Base version. The base prize pass costs 800 Mythril and offers the benefits listed above. However, the premium prize pass costs 2,400 Mythril, immediately raises your Chocobo GP level to 60, and offers triple the weekly presents. So, in short, if you don't feel like grinding to unlock an exclusive season character, like Cloud, you're better off getting the premium pass.
