Best known for his roles as Elton John in Rocketman and Gary «Eggsy» Unwin in the Kingsman series, Taron Egerton stars as Jimmy Keene in Black Bird. After failing to get recruited to a major college football team, Jimmy turns to drug dealing. He is eventually arrested and given a 10-year jail sentence but is offered a chance at freedom when the FBI asks him to befriend a suspected serial killer from whom they want a confession.
