I do not care about the story or the at times cringe dialog. I recommend playing it on hardest and choosing gamepad layout C as a Souls player. I had my challenge with some bosses so far.

Fighting system feels great and is fun. The backtracking and Side quests are annoying to me without a map and a quest marker. This game is not so serious, and therefore it should not copy all the souls tropes IMO.

Imagine playing this kind of game without a gamepad and giving it a 0 rating because you can not rebind keys. Seriously! And BTW, you can use steam to rebind EVERYTHING, no need for the game to support it.Nostalgic, feels like game from ps2 era and thats not bad.
