At night on your island, any time of year, you may see a shooting star in the sky above you. To help you notice them, they also make a light noise as they go.
Occasionally, Isabelle will announce that there is going to be a meteor shower, and that means that there will be a lot of shooting stars in the sky that night. However, shooting stars can appear even on days when Isabelle hasn't announced a meteor shower.
