First PokémonThe first Pokémon will be Bagon, a Dragon-type Pokémon. It’s primarily weak against Dragon, Fairy, and Ice-type moves, but it’s resistant against Electric, Fire, Grass, and Water-types. We recommend leaning into the Fairy or Ice-type weakness and avoid using another Dragon-type Pokémon against Bagon.
Second PokémonThe second Pokémon Arlo can use is Steelix, a Ground and Steel-type Pokémon or Blastoise a Water-type. Steelix will be weak against Fighting, Fire, Ground, and Water-type moves. Blastoise is weak against Electric and Grass-type attacks Because of the limited weaknesses Steelix has, you’ll want to use Fighting or Fire-type moves and Pokémon against it. If you go against Blastoise, focus on the Electric-type attacks, or Grass-type if you want to resist a majority of its attack.
Third PokémonThe final Pokémon Arlo will use against you is a Scizor, a Bug and Steel-type Pokémon. Like Steelix, Scizor has only a handful of weaknesses but even more resistances. We recommend you stick with a Fire-type Pokémon to take it down effectively.
