Angela Deem looked almost unrecognizable in an Instagram video after getting a stunning makeover, which she shared with 90 Day Fiancé fans. Angela’s decision to get weight loss surgery came when she felt she was going to die. She gained almost 20 pounds during her 2020 trip to Nigeria, which is also when she got married to Michael Ilesanmi. She wanted to surprise Michael once his visa was finally approved for him to come to America. While Michael wished for Angela to have a baby, she wanted to look younger for her young husband.
In August 2020, Angela finally underwent gastric sleeve surgery along with liposuction and a breast reduction. Angela’s weight loss journey was featured in 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 6. Fans gave Angela a lot of flack for still continuing to smoke and eat unhealthy food after the operation. But she ended up losing almost 100 pounds afterwards. Angela revealed her final makeover during the season Tell-All, but she ended up making headlines for the wrong reasons.
