There is one detail in Avengers: Endgame that suggests Kang might have feared Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr). The shadow of Kang the Conqueror (Jonathan Majors) looms large across the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and he has been confirmed as the linchpin holding the Multiverse Saga together. By the end of Phase 6, the impact of his arrival will have been laid bare and through Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, Loki season 2 and Avengers: The Kang Dynasty he will almost certainly be wreaking havoc on the MCU’s roster of heroes and villains.
