Eternals premiered on Disney+ on January 12, 2022, and has already become the biggest premiere for an MCU film on Disney+. Introducing an entirely new set of characters to the MCU, Eternals was one of Marvel Studios' biggest gambles to date, as the film was marketed very differently from previous MCU films.
