Madame Web Movie Casts The Serpent Star Tahar Rahim In Undisclosed Role
Sony adds The Serpent star Tahar Rahim to the cast of its upcoming Spider-Man spinoff, Madame Web. Helmed by S.J. Clarkson (Anatomy of a Scandal), the new film will focus on the titular comic book character created by Dennis O’Neil and John Romita Jr. in the 1980s. With Sony’s first leading female superhero set to be portrayed by Fifty Shades star Dakota Johnson, it was also recently announced that Isabela Merced (Dora and the Lost City of Gold) had joined the cast in an unspecified role, alongside Celeste O’Connor (The In Between) and Sydney Sweeney (Euphoria).
