However, this class is one of the game's most fragile, with few defenses compared to other squad members you may run Operations or Eternal War with.
The Vanguard has very little protective gear, as they don't get a lot of health or access to defensive tools. This makes the class function like a glass cannon, able to dish out tons of damage but only withstand a little bit in return.
