Victorious Spin-off Show Hollywood Arts in Works, Daniella Monet to Return

comingsoon.net

After twelve years since the sitcom ended its run, the popular Nickelodeon musical comedy will be coming back in the form of a brand-new spin-off titled.

The development on the project is reportedly being fast-tracked by Nickelodeon, with casting now underway. Hollywood Arts will feature the return of original Victorious star Daniella Monet as Trina Vega, who is best known as Tori’s older sister.

Monet has also signed on to serve as an executive producer, alongside writer Jake Farrow and Samantha Martin. Farrow previously worked on the iCarly and Victorious crossover spin-off Sam & Cat.

Despite creating the original show, Dan Schneider won’t be involved in the project, after parting ways with Nickelodeon in 2018.

Victorious lasted on-air for four seasons from 2010-2013. The show centered around Victoria Justice‘s Tori Vega, as aspiring singer who gets a chance to enter the Hollywood Arts High School where she meets talented friends Andre Harris, Cat Valentine, Jade West, Beck Oliver, and Robbie Shapiro.
