With the very recent release of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, we've seen a lot of people commenting on the sheer scope and subsequent length of this robust RPG.
Simply put, it's a big game — the kind of game that you can get completely lost in for hours at a time, and the kind of game that demands significant investment if you're ever going to see the credits roll.
And so that got us wondering… how long does it actually take most people to see out an adventure like Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2?

Typically speaking, modern, big budget RPGs are built with long playthroughs in mind. Universally praised games like The Witcher 3 and Baldur's Gate 3 — benchmarks of the genre — can both take upwards of 70, 80, or even 90 hours to complete depending on your pace.
