Sky: Children of the Light is opening a special new season soon — The Season of Radiance. Starting January 20th, the new season begins and adds a new feature: making and using dyes on your cosmetics -outfits, instruments, capes, hair, and more.
A Radiance Guide will lead you to the Dye Workshop in Aviary Village. You'll learn how to use dyes in Sky, dyeing items from your closet and, importantly, where to get more dyes in more colors.
You'll find new plants throughout the kingdom. The Dark Plant will sprout all over, so explore the levels to find them. Each plant will offer a different color of Light and you can take that light to forge it into a new dye.
This is how you get all kinds of colors that you can use to add them to your outfits, and even mix them to create other colors.
The customization can get pretty layered. Maybe you'll forge a red dye and then mix it with a yellow and get orange, and so on.
