Elden Ring publisher Bandai Namco has just announced a new competition, tasking fans to create their own trailers in an attempt to win a variety of prizes, including a massive statue of Messmer the Impaler.
Fans are challenged to show off their directing and editing skills by putting together a comprehensive, short-form video showcase of the game ahead of the highly anticipated release of Elden Ring's Shadow of Erdtree DLC later this year.

While developer FromSowftare had already produced several world-renowned hits like Bloodborne as well as the critically acclaimed Dark Souls series, this new open-world gametook the world by storm, with Elden Ring going on to sell close to 25 million copies.
